your software is up and running, we can continue
to be on call for the problems that always
seem to occur at the worst times. When you're
closing the year, shipping a time-sensitive
order to your top customer or posting the days
receipts, you can feel more comfortable knowing
that assistance is available if you need it.
We
have several levels of support, one of which
will be right for you:
- Bronze
- On
call during business hours, 4 free hours
a month of phone support, on-site visits
will be scheduled for within 1 working day.
- Silver
- On
call during business hours, 6 free hours
a month of phone support, 2 free hours on-site
support a month, and on-site visits will
be scheduled for within 6 working hours.
- Gold
-
- On
call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week excluding
holidays, 12 free hours of phone support
a month, 4 free hours on-site a month, and
on-site visits will be scheduled for within
2 hours.
